St Patrick's Day!
Juste un petit clin d'oeil pour souhaiter une bonne fête de la St Patrick à ceux qui le célèbrent! Ici à Boston, il y a une grosse communauté d'Irlandais alors autant vous dire que la bière a coulé à flot dans tous les bars depuis vendredi soir! Même sur les pistes hier, nous avons vu des skieurs habillés de vert! Alors forcément, les garçons n'ont pas résisté à l'envie de se teindre les cheveux en vert pour aller à l'école ce matin! J'espère que ça va partir au lavage ce soir! Bises.
Happy St Patrick's Day to everyone! Here in Boston, the Irish community started partying non stop since friday night and St Patrick's day is actually only today! This week-end we went skiing in New Hampshire, and we saw a lot of pepole with green outfits on the slopes! So this morning, the boys could resist the temptation to paint their hair green to go to school! I just hope it'll wash away after their shower! See you!
Carte Ismaki 11 - Thank You
Nous revoilà déjà lundi!!! Cette semaine, c'est moi qui me suis collée au sketch d'Ismaki. Mais quelle idée m'a pris? En fait, dessiner le sketch ne fut pas bien difficile, mais au moment de réaliser la carte, j'ai bien eu du mal à m'en sortir!
L'option était la texture. Du coup, j'ai ressorti mon carton ondulé, mon aiguille et mon fil pour un peu de couture, du glossy sur les fleurs, un petit brillant sur le chapeau... et voilà le résultat!
I can't believe it's Monday again! This week, it was my turn to offer a sketch for the Ismaki Challenges! Drawing the sketch wasn't very diffficult. But then, the making of the card was another story! The option was "Texture". So I used some cardboard, a little bit of sewing, some glosssy on the flowers, a rhinestone on the hat, and here is my card!
